First Steps

  2. Apply for your driving permit, you can do that here – Apply For Your Permit
  3. Get in contact. ShannonSide Driving School is the number one school in Limerick, get in touch and Tom will steer you in the right direction.

Applying for your driving Test

  • Have some lessons. It is now compulsory to have at least 12 hours of lessons completed before you sit your test.
  • Contact the RSA to book your test. Note there are a number of fake websites out there that will charge high fees, don't fall for it and only use the official RSA site – Book Your Test
  • As the saying goes – fail to prepare, prepare to fail. The test is not easy and you will not pass without the proper tuition and practice, get in touch and keep up the practice between lessons.
